ORDER FULFILLMENT

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email soon after your purchase. If this email doesn't appear in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folders. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your package, which might take up to 24 hours to become active.

As a valued customer, it's important to stay updated with your package's transit status using the provided USPS tracking number.

Please remember that these are estimated time frames provided by USPS and do not include our order processing time. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It's essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If an error leads to a package being returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.

We encourage you to closely monitor the delivery status of your order. Timely collection of your package from the specified delivery address is crucial.

MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS

While HELMECHA takes great care in ensuring your orders are delivered, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once they are in the hands of third-party shipping services. In the unlikely event of a missing package, please check with your local post office. It's common for packages to be delivered a few days after the estimated delivery date. We are unable to process claims for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS.

NO, we currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States. However, this may change in the future.

For HELMECHA, shipping is conducted via USPS. After receiving your tracking number from HELMECHA, please ensure to check the status on the USPS website the following business day, as that's typically when USPS updates their system with your shipment details.

Delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • USPS Priority shipments are usually delivered in 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Ground Advantage shipments generally take 1-6 business days to arrive.

If your order is sent back to HELMECHA due to an incorrect shipping address, a new shipping fee is required for resending the order. Please provide a correct address for the reshipment. Contact HELMECHA via email, and you will receive an invoice for the additional shipping cost.

HELMECHA is not liable for any parcels lost or stolen after they are dispatched with USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund such packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local post office, as sometimes packages may turn up days after the expected delivery date.

Please note, if USPS has marked the package as "Delivered," they will not accept any claims for it.

Our exchange policy only applies to apparel items for size exchanges for domestic (US) orders only. Within 20 days of receiving the order, please initiate an exchange request using our [EXCHANGE PORTAL]Β to see if you are eligible for an exchange.

  • Return Window: Initiate an exchange within 20 days from delivery date.
  • Return Condition: Items must be unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and in original packaging. A 10% surcharge applies for non-compliance.
  • Cost for Exchanges: Shipping is free for exchanges. Complimentary return postage provided upon approved exchange requests.
  • Processing Exchanges: Exchange order ships after receiving the returned item(s).
  • Cost for Returns: Customer pays shipping for returns.
  • Refunds: Issued after return receipt, excluding shipping costs.
  • Final Sale Items: Misprint, Last Chance, and Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Can request an exchange for defective or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a exchange, please ensure that the product has a clothing tag still attached.

Allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Eligible requests will receive an email with return instructions and postage details.

Please drop off your return package at USPS with the provided postage within 7 days of your exchange request approval. Your exchange item will be shipped once HELMECHA receives the return, typically within 2-7 days. Allow 1-5 business days for exchange fulfillment after the return's delivery to HELMECHA.

Any item labeled LAST CHANCE is ineligible for exchanges and returns.
