ORDER FULFILLMENT
At HELMECHA, we prioritize both efficiency and accuracy to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition.

- High-Demand Periods: During new product launches, restocks, or special promotions, processing may take up to 1–10 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase. If this email doesn't appear in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folders.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a follow-up email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan by the carrier.
We recommend using the provided tracking number to stay up to date on your delivery status.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a returned package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend your order.
We also encourage you to closely monitor your tracking information and ensure timely collection of your package from the delivery location to avoid missed deliveries or returned shipments.

While we strive to offer transparent pricing, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees upon delivery. MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS
While HELMECHA takes great care to ensure your orders are shipped promptly, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced once they are in the possession of third-party carriers. If you haven’t received your package by the estimated delivery date, we recommend checking with your local post office, as packages sometimes arrive a few days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that if USPS has marked the package as "Delivered," they typically do not accept claims for missing items.

If your order is returned to HELMECHA due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the package.
Please email us with your updated address, and we will provide an invoice for the additional shipping cost.
Once a package has been shipped via USPS, HELMECHA is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local post office, as items may occasionally arrive a few days after the stated delivery date. Please note that if USPS has marked the package as "Delivered," they typically do not accept claims for missing items.
Our return and exchange policy applies to apparel items only, and is valid for domestic (U.S.) orders. All requests must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must be unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached
- A 10% surcharge may apply for items that do not meet these return conditions
- Final Sale Items (including Misprint, Last Chance, and Clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange
Exchanges (Size Only):
- Applies to apparel items being exchanged for a different size
- Free shipping both ways
- Exchange orders are shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Returns (Non-Exchange):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please use the portal to initiate an exchange — these cases are eligible for replacement regardless of size.

For approved EXCHANGE requests, please drop off your return package at USPS using the provided prepaid label within 7 days of approval. Your exchange item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 2–5 business days of its arrival at HELMECHA.
For RETURNS (non-exchange), customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 3–7 business days for the return to be processed after delivery.
