ORDER FULFILLMENT

We prioritize efficiency and accuracy. Our order fulfillment process is structured to ensure that your purchases reach you promptly and in perfect condition.

  • Standard Fulfillment Time: Expect your order to be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
  • High-Demand Periods: During new product launches or special promotions, order processing could extend to 1-10 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email soon after your purchase. If this email doesn't appear in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folders. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your package, which might take up to 24 hours to become active.

As a valued customer, it's important to stay updated with your package's transit status using the provided USPS tracking number.

TRANSIT AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • USPS Priority: Typically 1-3 Business Days.
  • USPS First Class: Generally 1-6 Business Days.
  • USPS Parcel Ground: Usually 2-8 Business Days.

Please remember that these are estimated time frames provided by USPS and do not include our order processing time. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It's essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If an error leads to a package being returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.

We encourage you to closely monitor the delivery status of your order. Timely collection of your package from the specified delivery address is crucial.

MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS

While HELMECHA takes great care in ensuring your orders are delivered, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once they are in the hands of third-party shipping services. In the unlikely event of a missing package, please check with your local post office. It's common for packages to be delivered a few days after the estimated delivery date. We are unable to process claims for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS.

For HELMECHA, shipping is conducted via USPS. After receiving your tracking number from HELMECHA, please ensure to check the status on the USPS website the following business day, as that's typically when USPS updates their system with your shipment details.

Delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • USPS Priority shipments are usually delivered in 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Ground Advantage shipments generally take 1-6 business days to arrive.

HELMECHA is not liable for any parcels lost or stolen after they are dispatched with USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund such packages. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local post office, as sometimes packages may turn up days after the expected delivery date. Please note, if USPS has marked the package as "Delivered," they will not accept any claims for it.

The exchange policy is applicable to apparel items for size exchanges in domestic (US) orders.

Customers have 20 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange through the [EXCHANGE PORTAL].

Items for exchange must be unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and packaging.

Shipping is free for exchanges. Returns are at the customer's expense, and refunds are issued after receiving the return, excluding shipping costs.

Last Chance, Misprint, and Clearance items are final sale.

For defective or incorrect items, customers can request an exchange via the exchange portal.
